General terms and conditions

  1. Contractor: KERAMKO Gregor Mesarič s.p., Brunšvik 55A, 2327 Rače, Slovenia · VAT ID: SI21018588 · reg. no.: 3204383000.
  2. Scope: these terms apply to enquiries, quotes and the execution of tiling and floor-covering work performed by the contractor.
  3. Quote: based on a free site visit and measuring, we issue a written quote with price, scope and the expected deadline. Work begins after the client’s written confirmation.
  4. Price and payment: the price is set in the written quote. Additional work not known at the time of the quote is confirmed in writing before execution. Payment terms are as stated in the quote or invoice.
  5. Material: if the contractor procures the material, it is charged per the quote. The client ensures timely access to the premises and connections (water, electricity).
  6. Deadlines: the agreed deadline may be extended due to force majeure, unforeseen work on the property or delays not attributable to the contractor; the client is informed.
  7. Warranty: we are liable for the conformity of the service under the Consumer Protection Act (for consumers) or the Code of Obligations; statutory periods apply to the soundness of construction work. Submit complaints in writing to info@keramko.si.
  8. Withdrawal: for distance and off-premises contracts the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal under ZVPot; if the service is, with the consumer’s express consent, fully performed before that period ends, the right of withdrawal lapses.
  9. Disputes: disputes are resolved amicably. The court at the contractor’s registered office has jurisdiction; the law of the Republic of Slovenia applies.
